An optional Pro plan adds team polls, 10 document uploads, advanced monthly analytics, at-risk member alerts, automatic payment reminders, calendar sync and multiple team managers.
Teamcheck is an all-in-one app for sports team management: attendance tracking with check-ins, team communication, polls, shared team documents, scheduling and payment handling. It works for clubs, school teams and casual groups alike.
Coaches set up monthly or one-off payment plans with a due date. Members pay you in cash and mark themselves as paid, and the coach confirms it with one tap — so you get a live paid/unpaid list per charge instead of a spreadsheet. Automatic reminders can chase unpaid members for you. Taking payment inside the app is on the roadmap; today Teamcheck tracks the money rather than moving it.

Yes. Teamcheck is available on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android, so everyone on your team can join regardless of their phone.
Yes. Coaches and admins can post a poll in the announcements feed with up to 5 options — "which day suits everyone?", "what colour kit?" — and choose whether votes are named or anonymous. You can allow multiple answers, set a closing date, and see the running tally as people vote. Polls are part of the Pro plan.
Yes. Upload waivers, training plans, fixture lists or match clips to your team's document shelf, where the whole team can find them instead of scrolling back through the chat. PDFs, photos and videos are supported, up to 10 MB each — 2 files on the free plan and 10 on Pro. Coaches and admins upload; every member can view.
Absolutely. You can create multiple teams and split each team into groups — by time slot, age or skill level — for targeted scheduling and announcements.
